39th Anniversary

Of our admission as refugees to the US ... On this day, July 3rd, in 1975, after our arrival in June 6, we were formally issued the I-94 card admitting the 6 of us as parolee with refugee status. The next day July 4th, we were celebration the Independence Day and day later we were out of the Camp Pendleton to temporary housing before boarding the flight to Seattle. We were later resettled in Edmonds, WA ... the beginning of a new adventure. Gone with the Destiny ...
