It is not April Fool. Yes, it is true, today April 1, 2011, to comply with the Anti-Corruption law, Prime Minister Hun Sen went to the Anti-Corruption Office in Phnom Penh to remit his sealed declaration of assets. According to the law, he will resubmit a new declaration in 2 years.
At the National Assembly, debate on amendments of the anti-corruption law to make it easier in its implementation, went on without any problems.
